CHPAMS Newsletter is a monthly e-newsletter from the China Health Policy and Management Society (CHPAMS). The Newsletter serves as a communication platform to provide updates and activities related to CHPAMS and information of potential interest for CHPAMS members.

1. CHPAMS’s First Election for Board of Directors (2016-2018)
CHPAMS has successfully completed our first election for the new Board of Directors (2016-2018). To keep the election process as transparent as possible, the election results were emailed to all registered members for review. The new Board of Directors will start the 2-year term on July 1, 2016. Congratulations!

2. CHPAMS Calls for Institutional Membership
Institutional membership is designed to recognize the shared value and vision between CHPAMS and institutional members to promote health and health equity in China or among Chinese population. CHPAMS will assist the members with developing, supporting and sustaining their institutional activity, such as recommending speakers, hosting visiting scholars, and organizing research webinars. 3. CHPAMS Gathering at Atlanta, GA
CHPAMS friends gathered at Atlanta, GA when Jing Hao (CHPAMS newsletter editor) and Zhi Geng (member) were visiting Atlanta for a conference. CHPAMS board members Zhuo (Adam) Chen and Zheng (Jane) Li, and, two other newsletter editors Donglan Zhang and Kun Zhang welcomed the guests.
4. CHPAMS’ Reception at International Society for Pharmacoeconomics and Outcomes Research (ISPOR) 2016
CHPAMS will hold a reception at the ISPOR 2016 (May 21-25, Washington, DC). CHPAMS members are welcomed to participate and develop new and continued fellowship and friendship. If interested, please email Qian Shi (qshi2@tulane.edu) with subject line “CHPAMS 2016 ISPOR Reception”.
