From Editors
CHPAMS Newsletter is a monthly e-newsletter from the China Health Policy and Management Society (CHPAMS). The Newsletter serves as a communication platform to provide updates and activities related to CHPAMS and information of potential interest for CHPAMS members.
CHPAMS Activities and Announcements
We are very pleased to announce that China Medical Board (CMB, http://chinamedicalboard.org has awarded a two-year grant to CHPAMS. We really appreciate the strong support from Dr. Lincoln Chen, CMB President, and our colleagues at the CMB Beijing Office! The CHPAMS board will discuss how to leverage the resources to create more opportunities for our members and affiliated organizations.
With CHPAMS Board of Directors’ coordinated efforts, CHPAMS' 501(c)(3) status was approved by IRS on October 22, 2014. This is a critical moment and crucial recognition for CHPAMS. With the 501(c)(3) status, all donations from individuals and corporations are tax deductible from their income.
Newsletter will start a new section "Members' Corner" to feature and promote the accomplishments from our members. If you have new publications and awards, please let us know at newsletter_sc@chpams.org.
